Payments, Billing & Cancellations

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You may cancel anytime, and your access continues through the end of the billing period

All payments are processed securely through third‑party providers.

Creative Work, Ownership & Licensing

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
• You own the final deliverables you approve and pay for
• Blast Creative retains ownership of drafts, working files, and proprietary tools
• You grant us permission to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
• Misuse the platform
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
• Use Blast Creative to create misleading, harmful, or deceptive materials

We may remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.

Third‑Party Services

Blast Creative may integrate with third‑party tools (e.g., payment processors, hosting platforms). We are not responsible for the actions or policies of those third parties.

Intellectual Property

All Blast Creative branding, content, and platform features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error‑free performance, or specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Blast Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Blast Creative harmless from claims arising from:
• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any rights of another party

Termination
